Move to heaven is not underrated. It's the highest rated drama on MDL.

I only watched it because of Jeon Mi Do

Oh then just watch the drama. It won't disappoint you at all. The drama is more about life, than about medicine, doctors, patients and their diseases. The drama is all about life experiences, friendships, romance, emotions, their youth and their band. Only after all those things, their medicine comes into play.

Well. Cast and acting is great. VFX and everything is great. But the story seemed unfinished and a little distanced.
But the movie is good.

This is the best behind the scene series. Ever.

They say the drama is a mix of Friends and Grey's anatomy.
But it's more towards Friends' side than the Grey's anatomy.

Well. There's romance. Actually there are several couples in the drama. And love triangles as well. But romance is not the highlight of the drama. So don't expect all those lovey dovey romcom romance. Therefore the romantic storyline/s may feel slow. But it's worth it. The romance gradually starts to flourish towards the end of the season.
As this is a seasonal drama the romance mode hasn't started yet. I guess the second season will give answers for that.
But anyway this is a good watch. You will enjoy the drama of you love these things.
Friendships, emotions, music, mature romance and medicine.
And don't let the first episode fool you.

I added this drama to my watchlist only because of the Breaking down OST.

Pay attention to details. They are important. If you don't like doing that, you'll find it hard and boring to watch.
Otherwise this drama will fill your soul with happiness.

Script is a mess ? And even the direction ? I Don't know what to say. I know slice of life dramas are not everyone's cup of tea. But this is too much.
