Seo Mok Ha deserves all the love and fame in the world. Yes Mok Ha voluntarily became a backstage singer for her. But this is so wrong and Yoon Ran Joo has no problems with that?
I just watched the first episode and have to ask this question, are Korean parents legally allowed to beat their…
It's kinda typical in Asia to beat the kids. Thou questionable. But definitely not to the point of harm or death. The police officer was KiHo's father. And he's also doing the same for KiHo. So he himself was an abuser. So he just thought it was girl's fault to get beaten by the dad. ( according to his stupid logic ) and the other police officer was a officer with lower rank probably. So he didn't want to meddle?
The ML and FLs fathers are single parents and their wives have left them for some reason. Most probably because of their own behaviour. And they just vent their anger towards their children which is utterly ridiculous.
This might be a hit or a miss. If you just started watching k drama, like having watched a couple of kdramas, this drama might actually be enjoyable. This was one of my very first kdramas, and I love this drama to this very day.
But if you are a modern day kdrama veteran, then please don't watch. It's too lengthy for you to handle. And you won't enjoy the drama as it's too old fashioned to your standards. Definitely not like a 16 episode Red Sleeve but more like 77 episode Yi San (2007) of the same story.
It's kinda problematic too.
But let's just forget logic exists.

But this happens a lot in real world.
May be the still are from the time they first met before their Joseon wedding?

Is it a healing drama?
I'm at episode 4. Is it too early for me to judge this drama?
Honestly The female lead is a bit questionable. All she does is drinking. And doing crazy stuff while having a not so crazy face.
Yh I was kinda too early to judge the drama.
