I second that she just pretending because she didn't even kissed him on the lips it's just the corner of it lol…
Shin Min-ah probably has some clause in her contract about getting paid a certain amount for each kiss and the fee is less for a “stage kiss” than something more intense. They are probably budgeting for a better kiss later, LOL
Unfortunately doctors being curt with their patients and abusing the concept of informed consent is pretty common IRL and they do not usually get fired for it.
Yeon woo and Jang mi eun spending an excessive amount of time together has me so fucking mad!!! Im glad Yeon woo…
The thing I notice about Yeon Woo is that he doesn’t want to be perceived as caring for too much about anyone, including So Jin, because the truth is *he doesn’t want to end up pathetic and clingy like his mother.* So he avoids saying things like “this is not a good time, I’m on a date right now.”
I might be the only one without a 2ML syndrome. Sorry but I still don't like him. Not just in this drama. I hate…
Kang Hoon reminds me a little of my husband in terms of having an old-fashioned (but not toxic) attitude about romantic relationships. But my God, he’s such a hot mess. He’s so overcommitted and unable to establish healthy boundaries that I can’t see him maintaining a serious romantic relationship (like he says he wants to have).
I’ve noticed that what’s referred to as “polyamory” in Kdramas isn’t really that, it just seems to be…
Yes this is why I said the example in this show is not really polyamory - although being in a polyamorous relationship and an open relationship aren’t necessarily the same thing. The way I understand it is that polyamory is like being in a marriage with three or more people: it may be open or not. But dating non-exclusively is not polyamory.
I know the stated premise of this show is totally silly but it’s just a ruse, really. It quickly becomes evident that the FL’s search for a man with complementary DNA is her not being honest with herself about what she’s seeking, wants, and expects in a relationship. It’s a reaction to the trauma of growing up with the family she had.
Thing is, it’s not just FL - everyone in the ensemble cast does this thing where they say “I want this, my relationships should be like this,” but it’s really just a kind of self-deception, or cope for something else (fear of commitment, a habit of over commitment, fear of being cheated on, fear of unrequited love). That’s really what the drama is about.
i'm liking this show, despite the polyamorous plot (that's just western marketing influence), the 2ml love the…
I’ve noticed that what’s referred to as “polyamory” in Kdramas isn’t really that, it just seems to be people dating like my grandparents’ generation did (I’m American).
This show is just littered with sight gags, especially when Nam Ja-yeon is visualizing something in the setting…
Like how the make protagonist of her stories looks like Secretary Yeo, the female protagonist looks like her, and the male protagonist appears to have a Secretary who is a Fork Gyu lookalike.
The things you notice the second time around. When he took off the mascot's head you can see his breath steaming…
This show is just littered with sight gags, especially when Nam Ja-yeon is visualizing something in the setting of the smutty web novel series she writes. It’s hilarious every time.
