They got slandered so hard, the pressure here would be immense on the need for fanservice, even out of the roles, people will likely expect them to be all cuddy and kissy which is no good for a 16 year old maturing and gaining an understanding of himself.

It is not in anyway racist to not agree with a child actor performing sex scenes with an adult. Especially since its an offence to watch this content with an adult and a minor involved in most western territories regardless of where it was filmed.
