Re-dubbing is giving me the fear… we need to get some lip readers in this fandom asap! But yeah re-dubbing will take time they’ve got to find time in the voice actors and ZiYus calendars…it’s gonna be a while cause they are a booked and busy bunch.
What really pisses me off about this whole thing is the lack of communication from the production team. You put out a drama, almost half the episodes , people invested their feelings ,time and money in it. Then suddenly you stop airing and go about it vaguely saying " Better viewing experience" like really,what does that even mean? In the 10 episodes I've watched my viewing experience was okay,no complains,so what are u actually talking about?

Reading the comments of Chinese fans on Twitter,some are blaming TXN for the ban ,which is ridiculous cause he has said those rumors are false. But some c fans are saying,this is a scheme by some higher ups in the industry to target the drama due to its so much popularity. And I kind of agree with the latter. This smear campaign against TXN might not be as simple as we think. A small bl drama,with low budget, unknown actors,Zero promotion,no big investors,no major streaming platforms, unknown director and a small production , Suddenly gaining MASSIVE POPULARITY domestically (where it's not even airing mark you) and internationally ,the actors gaining large numbers of followers on Weibo and douyin ( Ziyu and TXN in the past 3 weeks had gained more than 3million followers on Weibo alone) while the other two racking up to 600k+ on their socials, Their trending and engagement even surpassing the big names in the industry like Xiao zhan and Ding yuxi (zy douyin engagement 3days ago was no.1 ,Txn at no.5) .On ziyus birthday,his live garnered 30+ million Chinese viewers alone . So when you combine ALL these,some people are NOT HAPPY at all. How dare a banned genre like bl,with such unknowns,upset the status quo! While their straight romances ,with their big investments and big name stars,and big name directors not even reach this level of popularity. So what do they do? They know they can't ban the drama due to the loophole but they can target a lead actor of the show. So they dig up his personal life,accuse him of marrying with kids and cheating on his gf at the same time , harassing them at the airport and planes. He denies the accusations but it's all about agenda really! And they know,that in the c-ent industry, reputation is everything. Doesn't matter if it's true or not. Same thing happened with WoH,fans digging and nit picking everything,GJ luckily survived,ZZH did not! Same with the untamed,Xiao zhan career almost ended because of nonsense like this. And it's almost always BL actors and gaining so much popularity and fame ,that some fans or other powers strive to bring them down.
We MIGHT still get the remaining episodes,but I believe they won't be full as originally intended and will be cut and re edited to tone down the gay. Shame!
Problem is what is going on behind the scenes IS affecting the watching of ALL episodes
It has nothing to do with censorship laws I think,it's about the heat and hype the show and it's actors have gotten,no one expected this much popularity for a low tier bl not even airing domestically,so the actor playing cc has been getting harassed pretty much online and physically,and false rumors about him having kids and all that. His agency's had to release statements twice . I think the show does not want that kind of exposure
