Yeah some dramas have already ended. There are a few dramas that are airing in mid august and they are idol dramas. So this one might air but who knows. Im slowly losing hope

Nope updates from the producer. She hasnt even mentioned anything about this drama. the ban is supposed to start on oct 1st and it will last for 10p days.

It's very frustrating. You check every day to see if it's airing but then you wake up with no news. 100 day ban is approaching and I don't have much hope left for this drama. It's like they have forgotten about this drama. I want to stop checking weibo. since my school is starting soon, i'm probably not going to invest this much time for this drama.

I agree. There was even a post on weibo related to this topic. It seems like she's having bad luck with dramas this year

Thanks for the info! Yup according to wikipedia, it's scheduled to air in 2019 on their online platform. They would have to air this month to avoid any conflicts with the 100 day ban. Im confused do they already have a station or is no one willing to buy the drama. cuz it's stupid if no one wants to broadcast it considering how popular xiao zhan is and darren wang and liqin are well known actors. Maybe the tv stations will broadcast it because of his rising popularity. They started filming this drama in april 2017. That's 3 years! Even american shows dont take that long.

I pray to got that it airs this month. This wait is killing me aghhh. There's one rymored date but in not going to share it because i don't want to get everyone's hopes up. At this point, i dont believe any rumored dates. the producer looks like she's forgotten about the drama. She was supposed to make an announcenent on august 7th, but she never did :( it seems like they dint want to air it or care about it

I wonder if they can just air on an online platform. That's how young blood was aired no warning at all. Even the actors and staff didnt found out when it was already aired lol. I don't think they would lose popularity if they released it online especially since alot of people know about this drama

Sometimes even a good cast cant save a drama lol. But. i do have high hooes for this drama. We've only got to see one teaser and some pictures and i love the cinematography. I dont know how to explain it but I fell in love the first time i watched it and the bgm is so beautiful but intense at the same time. Even the shots they have taken are beautiful. yes it's just a chinese costume drama but this onenjust has a different vibe to it than other dramas that i cant explain. There have been dramas that i didnt even care about even if i had to wait for really long but this one...agh i cant wait. It's been w years and I'm still waiting :)
I have heard of hotpot .tv and that the creator is rumored to have connection with chinese media. I keep checking weibo but there is not update from the producer, even though many people were hoping she would announce something on valentines day. Xiao zhan's popularity vlew up after The Untamed. So many people on weibo are anticipating to see him in the drama. I hope it gets picked up soon while he is still popular in china

Hmm looks like the producer is not gonna make any announcement on valentines day. Alot of people are saying its not gonna air in 2019????. It might not be true but im preparing for the worst????????

Yeah i kept reading that too on weibo but I wasn't 100% if that's what they were talking about. Alot of them were saying tomorrow the producer will announce since it's valentines day. Some words are not translated correctly and it makes it confusing what they are talking about. Thanks!
