I have not read the book, but I feel the same way. I also think that there has to be a twist somewhere. In other previews you see YY as a demon so there must be something besides his love for YD that makes him make that transition.

Also I thought it was callous of him not to go looking for him and find a cure. He should have been sending people to do what YD did. He made up a cover story and went on business as usual. I thought that was weird for someone you raise since a child and such a loyal Immortal. It just doesn't add up.

I am hooked as well. I can not wait for the Mortal Arc.

I agree. I felt he was desperate to protect and this was his knee jerk reaction.

I noticed in both. His eyes and lips emotes so much. The long hair works for him.
