Last ep got me frustrated specially the last scene…. He still don’t get her at all .. i get it, he wants her to be safe but at the same time he’s giving her little credit…. I knew from the start, when they decided for her to enter the palace that things will get complicated… Every time he reprimands her and they have this deep conversation he comes a different man the next day…. Lol

I love the relationship between niao niao and the empress…. 💞
