After much anticipation, and reading such rave reviews, I finally started this. I must say I’m SORELY DISAPPOINTED in the first 5 episodes. Stupid grandmother, disappointing mother, all these unnecessary angst and family/ servant feuds. I’m sure it will get better the latter episodes, but I practically FF the whole way.
Someone pls explain- why is it that if the mother confessed to her crime, then the lil sister could have been found/ saved? What is the relevance? Weren’t they (police/ community) already looking for Gye young regardless of Dahyun?
Why are ppl not liking this drama?? It’s gripping!! The romance - well I’m not concerned about that, the chemistry is bad and the love triangle is pathetic. They should have just done a pure revenge drama and forget about the romance. But other than that it’s super good 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I must say for the first time- the villains in this drama are pretty good actors! I just love to hate them !!!!!
Sigh... the storyline development is getting tiring. The overprotective brother? Pleaseee... she’s 32!! And a manager! Why are they behaving like teenagers? Pulling ears, covering up , sneaking around?? Errr doesn’t make sense. I also find the ML behaviour very childish for someone trying to prove he wants to be mature to be with FL.
Ok why is it the FL wears such short shorts to work? Furthermore she’s a manager? Her outfit looks like something you would wear to go shopping or for an outing. Is this the norm in China? I think it’s quite unprofessional
Epi 2- the boss threatens to post the video of her being drunk online, just to ruse his worker to do a project for him? Isn’t that blackmailing? How is that possible? What a stupid boss. How can that be legal in any office?
