Its not cringey for sure.... to me, it was short breakup, i dont think its 7 episodes long, and the fact that he never let go of her, but just binding his time... he knew he was wrong, the reason for their breakup...
There is a surprise in the drama, i even shed a tear on it when it was revealed in the last two episodes. Hence maybe thats why its one of my favourite modern Cdramas

I cant really remember but its quite short, and after 3 years... he regain his sight and he has been looking out for her for years and only decided to show himself when she started under her mother's pressure to go to a blind date.
