As for the necklace, he never explained in the The timeline he gave it to her where it came from. I heard somewhere that the theory was that it belong to his mom and that kind of does make sense to me as well. I hope they explain it in the end. I think it’s more like what he said at the end of the episode where regardless of, what she tries if he’s meant to fall in love with her, he will.

I’ve always found it interesting that the grandmother has dropped hints in every timeline that she remembers what had happened previously. I hope they will address it but at the same time I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t. But I’m wondering if because of her dementia and natural memory loss that the time slips do not affect her , meaning any small bit of memory that could remain does remain. Which also makes me wonder if somehow his memories are also there but locked somewhere in his mind and the dreams are actually the door being unlocked.

I fully agree with this. Another show I watched was really good at amping my anxiety with their previews and general plot points in later episodes but I held out hope that the psychopath in that show would get theirs and we would all be happy and I was greatly rewarded for my patience

Rewatching episode 1 with my dad and just noticed the doorbell ring right before Sun Jae’s fall. now that I’m caught up with episode 8 I’m thinking it’s not suicide since it he was attacked in 8 that he was pushed in 1- though I think someone said it was suicide in the source material… hmmmm

oh well, when I say “reset” I mean, fix whatever had just gone wrong. Not necessarily the entire thing from the beginning. because I agree if he did that we’d be back at square one and he would be dead.

I have been thinking the same thing, especially because his watch only has one more chance to go back in time. And since we’re only halfway through the drama, I figured she will use it soon especially after the event at the end of episode eight. Which is why I think in the end he will use that clock to reset everything.

my Netflix is telling me new episodes won’t be uploaded until April 14 but that’s in the states. Could be sooner everywhere else.

I’ve thought the friend was shady from the beginning but still can’t figure out why. I didn’t think he was tied to the murder but I do think there is something off about him. Especially after what he pulled with the interview.

This show isn’t anything out of the ordinary but it is entertaining enough. However, the one character who really annoys me and is unnecessary is the brother. I know his character is a trope but he is one that needs to be used less or not at all.

I am getting so tired of FLs “I’m better than you” attitude towards the ML. He’s achieved more than she has in the last four years but doesn’t treat anyone like that. he’s kind and respected by everyone. she really needs to stop. the worst part is the ML totally cowtows to her and it’s kind of pathetic. if my dad didn’t like this show and keep wanting to watch it I think I would’ve given up by now.

my major issue with this whole thing is the fact that her own words and actions caused the rejection. He obviously liked her before she confessed - you can see it early on. But she confused him so much then added to it by lying during her confession.

Which is why I can’t stand her cold treatment of Tang Yu. He didn’t deserve it.

I like the show but I have to admit I’m really annoyed with the FL. She is being painted as the wounded one who was rejected by the ML. But in reality she brought it all on herself by her actions and attitude. She supposedly has loved him for 4 years and has all these good reasons as to why. But she lies to him and give ML superficial reasons for liking him- after she has confused him with actions towards his assistant.
To further annoy me, her attitude towards the ML after he turns her down are very bratty. If she had been honest with him from the beginning he would not have rejected her. I was totally behind the plot of this show but I can’t stand how it’s being played out. the ML is being painted as the villain for no reason than the FL created the situation. sorry for the long rant but I was really irritated.

is this a remake of One Spring Night? I didn’t like that drama and this one was so boring I dropped it midway through the 2nd episode 🥲

Ugh I had such high hopes for the show. But it just did not deliver. They were plenty of cute moments. But I’m seriously disappointed in how they wrapped up the ending. You can’t have this major storyline of a god’s revenge and not have some kind of real resolution on it. I mean, obviously you can because that’s what the writers did. But that’s just terrible writing.
