This goes across all media, but writers really need to work on post-climax, denouement, and endings. Most dramas (and novels), often have good start, great lead to climax, and amazing climax, but fall short the rest of the way.

Some dramas are worth watching just for the chemistry, not this one though, not yet anyway lol

Finished it recently. It wasn't bad, just again, like too many dramas, there is too much focus on office politics. Those things really drag down the drama imo, it doesn't help that the office politics/issues are almost always the same in each drama. For example, the contract worker situation, I have lost count on how many times I've seen that in dramas.

That said, the lead actress has better hairstyle here than in Jugglers lol

like most dramas, midway (or after climax) the story quality usually goes down

I've watched less and less Japanese dramas lately. I used to watch a bunch all the time. But the quantity of quality shows just aren't there any more. There are maybe 1-2 or 3 at most good shows per season, and that's about it.
