The soul reaper keeps mentioning this Me Yeon person, I think that's the name. Anyways, if the one he keeps mentioning is the magistrate's mother then that could possibly mean that the soul reaper was a relative of hers, probably her brother. She did mention to younger Eun Oh that her family was killed so she will get revenge... Wow, I guess everyone is connected in a way :p
