Can somebody tell me if I have to watch Bad Romance before watching this, or if I'm good to go even without…
Oh damn... haha, I'm very new to Thai dramas so it's definitely not something I'm going to watch immediately (as there are a lot more must-watch, popular ones). I feel like I still have to give it a go though, and see if I like it after an episode or two.
Began it because of Taecyeon and finished it because of him. I had high expectations but for some odd reason, I just didn't find it interesting. I feel like it's one of those movies you just have to watch for yourself, in order to find out whether it's a go or a no-go. Still can't tell if I "disliked" it because it simply wasn't good in my eyes or because I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest (as I have studies to take care of).
2 episodes left for next week and this drama has yet to bore me. I'm enjoying every second of it and can already tell it's going to be one of my favorite dramas of 2017! I feel like a lot of dramas this year have wasted my time but "Save Me" is another case.
Also, I've had it rated 10.0 since its first episode and I don't think it will change a bit as it finishes! :)

@TeleriFerchNyfain well, I absolutely loved the first couple of episodes but now it's just... meh. Personally I think it must be because I had very high expecations which makes it seem worse to me than it is. That's how I'm feeling with a lot of dramas lately.

I guess I will. 3 hours might be a lot but in the end it's nothing compared to 13 hours. Also, I'm definitely the kind of person who wants an end to the story so that's that. Whatsoever, I also don't think I will regret it as much as I have regretted finishing some other dramas ("I Need Romance 3" and "Scholar Who Walks the Night" was such a torture to finish).

Certainly! I'm not one to drop dramas unless I do not find it interesting at all after finishing the first episode. Currently, "The Bride of Habaek" is one of those dramas I'm one the edge of dropping. Not sure if that would not be worth it, considering I only got 3 episodes left, or if I would be better off, not waisting 3 hours more.
I liked the first two episodes of it but it's just going further and further down a black hole. I had higher expectations from tvN and since I have also enjoyed Nam Joo Hyuk's dramas in the past, I decided to give it a try back in July (I had planned to watch this since the title was released anyway).
I was expecting something along the lines of a not-as-good-but-good-enough version of Goblin. I enjoyed the beginning but I'm literally just forcing myself to finish it now - only one week is left anyway. I also enjoyed Gong Myung in "Drinking Solo" so I had even higher expectations, although this is my first drama with Shin Se Kyung as the main lead.
All I can say for now is... watch it if you're a fan of one of the leads. I rated it 8.5 at first but by next week I will probably rate it... 6.5?
This drama definitely plays with your emotions! One moment you're on the floor crying your eyes out. Then, the next moment you just want to get rid of those cult people, somehow. Such people do exist somewhere, I'm sure, and it's disturbing as hell. I don't understand how you can hurt others for your own good, at all.
I've heard this freaked people out in the first week because it was so creepy. Are certain elements still…
Like @Randz said, it's definitely more disturbing - I don't find it very creepy. You'll feel frustrated at the incidents happening and ask yourself how a person can act this or that way towards a fellow human-being. The cult is just very disturbing and they're basically manipulating (+hurting) the village people to the fullest.
Am I the only one who actually likes how exaggerated Bong Pil is? I like him being head-over-heels for Soo Jin because it adds the comedy to the drama and also just because it makes story plain ridiculous (which is nice in dramas every once in a while). It's not very realistic; you would have expected a person to get over someone they have liked for 28 years or at least hope for the best, since a person you love is getting married.
Still, I'm oddly enough enjoying the ridiculousness... a lot! However, it might as well bore its viewers if it keeps this kind of pace. Sooner or later he needs to mature and think more realistically.
I read online that people think Do Hwan looks like Seo Kang Joon... is that why my sls senses were tingling ;p…
Haha, he could definitely get away with being Seo Kang Joon's half brother. There's just something about them that is so similar even though they still look fairly different from one another. They're both gorgeous though! :)
Wow, was not expecting Dong Cheol to suddenly get stabbed with an umbrella. On top of that, he keeps being "at fault" even though he does nothing wrong. Why is the world so unfair?
Also, Sang Mi's father took it much further than I had expected when he decided to take revenge for his son. He could clearly not fight against those bullies but kudos to him for wanting justice (even though fighting them physically isn't going to do anything good).
He's doing really well in "Save Me" so far! Have weirdly enough also watched all of his dramas (except "Come, Come, Absolutely Come"); glad he's getting more known roles (he might as well just get a main role sometime in the future)!

Jo Wan Tae is a whole new level of absolute gruesomeness. :(
