Guys! You know how they mess our heads up in previews, they make us believe something is going to happen and when we watch the episode it turns out its nothing.
Maybe while she's driving she sees Ha Ri with Seong Jun. It doesn't have to be an accident or amnesia!

I agree with you, but the fact Ha Ri gave him the puzzle piece made him believe even more. Not to mention their first meeting at the restaurant she answered his questions about their memories correctly, and because she's beautiful compared to little Hye Jin. If you noticed in episode 8, when Ha Ri called him (after he crossed the street with Hye Jin) you can tell the by the way he's looking at his phone that who is this person. He wants to believe that the intern at work his Hye Jin but there are solid proofs that Ha Ri is Hye Jin, thus the puzzle piece.
