I was confused by that too. Was he led to believe that Buyeon was Lady Jin and Jang Gang’s daughter?

Why does the current Mudeok not resemble the young Buyeon from the painting/portrait? If I hadn’t known any better, I’d assume the girl on the portrait was So-i. They look much more similar. Current Mudeok’s eyes are too rounded compared to those of the girl on the portrait. Hmmmm They could have at least made young Buyeon blindfolded on that portrait to make it more ambiguous.

One tiny detail that bothers me…

At which episode did you stop watching? I suggest that you hang on and give it another try. The latest two episodes had the right amount of suspense for me. Some of the new characters are finally getting the spotlight. And the teaser for the next episode is the cherry on top. Yes, nothing major (like a fight) happens all the time but I’d argue that in every episode, the series introduces something that elaborates and spices up the story line.

If the audience has to read the source material in order to appreciate a series, that says a lot about the writing and production quality of the series. We’ve seen many adaptations that stayed faithful to their source materials with better results.

Watched everything in one sitting! Definitely the best Korean BL series I’ve watched so far. I thought the length of the whole show was just right. But I do pray that they give us a 2nd season when Seo Ham is back. Now how do I move on from this series. Sana magkajowa ako ng oppa kahit sa panaginip. Hahaha

This deserves a higher rating. The show discusses a lot of important topics in a really nice and creative way. I wish they utilized Maris’s character more. The side story (between the cameraman and PA) was meh. Hoping this gets a second season soon. Does anyone know if there are plans atm?

My family and I enjoyed watching this teleserye. I wish it ran longer. We missed a few episodes from time to time and were surprised one evening that it was already ending.

Just created my account today and I just had to drop by and say that this is the best BL series I have ever watched. If you’re looking for a sign, this is your sign! Go watch this masterpiece! I will never get tired of recommeding this show to anyone looking for a BL show to watch. <3
