Why does the book have prince as the ML when he is a bad guy. Did he have a consciousness of his own? Why his hunger for power is not shown in the book?

Can someone explain in episode 6 the talks about prince knowing their moves and trying to get FL to his side. What do they mean by he has high level and all. I didn't understand anything.

In the first episode why did ML stopped the guards when they dragged the FL away in their first meet? It made sense then that he was new to the world but he is already there for years and now I'm confused about why he stopped.

I'm at episode 4 and realised they haven't asked each other their original name?? Do they in later episodes?

As much as we know about the ML, he is a power hungry selfish man. He backstabbed FL to protect his job and also agreed for the blind date only because Nora is chaiman's daughter. He wanted to be close to the chairman. I don't think FL will end up with a man like him because his moral bar is low. Unless he is also working undercover to blow something up, he is not redeemable at all based on how much of his character is shown.

Geum ho explaining why she wants to be a human and i realized you can do all that while being a fox too. Who is stopping you from having fun, eating food that you like, and being sad about life. (She is basically saying she want to go through hardships, its kinda stupid).
