Here is how i think the story will end. if naksu's soul is about to disappear then jang-uk is also going to disappear…
maybe JBY will pity Naksu and let her stay in her body forever... and naksu will be forever present and beside JU, thus neutralising the ice stone effect. And so they leave in seclusion forever...with JU not wanting to die anymore.

i have paused watching since they found the 3rd artifact / ep 36. Would like to know, as of ep 45, have they recovered their immortal memories yet? like the heartbreaking highlight, have we reached there yet?

seems like he has 'transferred' the deep rooted love from her to him, so that she has no love roots to even have any feelings for him anymore. evidence = scene where she finally get ''absorbed' into the icy ground, and there's like a CGI abt his heart with the love roots there. Meaning he probably can feel her stronglove forever embedded in his own heart.
