Someone help me understand. What were y'all expecting considering where the story was going in the last episode.…
Actually it was there. Tine started feeling himself at the end of episode 10. Remember he was trying find out who "Smile" was being sung for. Through out 11, it hung over him.
I wanted to add myself to the list of those who complain of the lack of chemistry among the MC. I don't think…
Someone help me understand. What were y'all expecting considering where the story was going in the last episode. If you are in a relationship and you are feeling like Tine (the Pam situation), would you be lovey dovey? If you were Wat, and saw your lover pulling away; wouldn't your first thought be trying to get them to talk to you? I thought Win did fine portaying someone going through internal turmoil. Bright did fine too. My only issue was with their reconciliation "hug", it was a little cringey but I think that's because the scene was filmed earlier than the rest of the show. At a time when Win and Bright were still learning each other. I will keep saying this, these 2 are still growing as actors.
Ok. I guess I'm on a small island. I didn't think this show was bad.
First, can we all just appreciate the lyric placement in the show? The music alone for me was great.
Considering that these aren't award winning actors and the book/script weren't stellar, it was fine. Again, the book only really had one "passionate" scene and if they did that scene in the show, the fans would have burned down the GMM building. I think there was a delicate balance in writing a script that respected the author, understood the caliber of the actors, and kept fans happy. Additionally, I don't think these 2 could pull off a decent passionate scene with anyone; not with each other, not with other people. They have growth in their careers to do still. I totally respect that.
Did anyone else think to themselves...he would play an excellent Sawat? Im not saying Bright didnt do well. I feel Fluke would have nailed the character a little better
Y'all. Please prepare yourselves for the ending to be all over the place and end with a strong hug. Im just saying...prepare now, so you don't suffer later.
I agree. Because Bright has previous experience already, not many people talked about his acting, but I feel the…
Its Bright's hair...hear me out...when Brights hair is longer, we get a more romantic Wat. When his hair is shorter, we get someone who seems like they didnt know they would be acting in a BL drama. Take a look, I'm right.
Honestly, it seems like they shot the beginning of the show at the end. And end of the show at the beginning.
For somebody who has read and enjoyed the books, if feels sad they took too much artistic liberty and changed…
Agree about 11, that was not in the book. I did like how the tied everything together during the last few mins. of the episode. In the book, Tine didn't know the extent of Wat pursuit. I have to disagree about everything else. This episode is pretty much like the book. Some scence where switched a little but, the same tomfoolery. I must say, the same frustration I had at this chapter of the book, I have with episode. So I guess, the actors are doing a good job telling the book's story.
The reason why people reacted so strongly and literally burried HIStory is because the creators and producers…
Lets take the queer piece out of equation. LGBT folks need to be recognized as humans. We experience life just like every one else. I do want to THANK YOU. People defining our existence shouldn't be neccessary but I am grateful that people genuinely care. Its very kind and I thank you.
That being said, I don't mind sad endings and I dont think that's the biggest issue. I think its how the "episode" was done. In 1 episode, the MC confessed their love, my love for the first time, moved in together, established a homelife and then killed off one of the main characters. It was a lot. I dont think the writers gave us enough time to digest everything like they had in previous epispdes. I also think because people know the History brand, they were expecting different outcome.
2gether being a PG13 series isn't an acceptable excuse. Holding hands, hugging or cuddling your lover isn't PG18…
I don't know where the PG13 comments came from. There's a lot of drinking, profanity, and sexual indudo in the show. Anyway, in the book, Tine/Wats physical relationships usually was physically expressed when they where alone. They never held hands or even hugged in public (there's a scene at the end, I hope they show). Outside of Instagram and their friends, people didn't know they where dating. In the show, I think they have shown affectionation, but only when alone.
I think we (the viewers) want more because they are so darn cute. To be honestly, they do not seem to be actors who could pull off a good romantic/passionate scene right now.
I like how they are adapting the book. They actually are making the story much more interesting and engaging.

if some who read the novel or understood could explain, what are all "the bad things" that Tine kept speeking…
So I think he's talking about all of the bad things that happen at the camp (the fire, the misunderstanding, losing the braclet, Tine getting lost in the woods, etc.), which is not in the book. The braclet (which was a ring in the book) never got lost. I will say in the book, when Tine found out Wat liked a girl from his past, it bothered him a lot. It was hard to tell if that's why Tine seemed more reserved in this episode.

The Show will end with some unsolved mystery about why Tine and sarawat Break up, just to make us wait for season…
Hmmm...we are almost done with the second book. With what's left, you could maybe do 2 or 3 epispdes. If there's a season 2, it would be the writers completely telling the story. If that's the case, LORDT HELP US
Yeah exactly. I also don't understand this closed-mindedness. I think so many drama can learn from this one, and…
Apparently people haven't read the books where these shows come from. A lot of them are written with smut content (not complaining, just saying). This is absolutely a BL show. I absolutely enjoyed the show. FighterTor are one of the best BL (dare I say gay) couples I've seen in a while. I was totally drawn into their passion and clear love for each other. I mean, did no one else see episode 12? Goodness, if you didnt want to flip over a table seeing Fight cry then, I question your humanity.
For me, there where too many storylines and a lot of them that were under developed.
You guys are awesome! I really appreciate the different points of view
