in one of the episodes, can't remember the specific one, 11 or 12, one of the two girls had a close moment, like a classic trope where one catches the other, a close up with music etc, absolute out of nowhere, they'd barely interacted or even hinted they liked each other. And then it went nowhere in the later eps. Was a really odd scene to include.
