It's a shitty fetish trope-fest right out of Wattapad. You are sooooo correct. I hate BL's like this and I was glad to see less of them over the last couple of years. Now suddenly this damn thing pops up. And I bet it's going to be a nasty resurgence in BL's coming down the pipeline with crappy manipulative, creepy tops and clueless, infantilized bottoms.

Also the number of people watching it is no indication of whether it's either any good or if the people watching it are actually enjoying it. I watched exactly 3 eps then dropped the piece of shit show.

And I know I'm not the only one by far. Just because it's filled with early 2000's unhealthy, deranged obsessions and lies doesn't mean it's a good show. And I took a look at the book. it sucked too.

This is one of those 50 Shades of Grey things where the plot is laughably awful but it's getting a lot of attention anyway.

Yeah, it would have been better. But then this shitty plot would have had nothing to explore because literally the entire thing is just who is lying and doing shit behind other peoples' backs. There is no plot if you get rid of the lies.

We should not need the novel at all to fill in on the plot. If the drama's plot can't stand alone on it's own then it's a crap script.

The Tilly Birds music is good stuff. And their original version is MUCH better than Kirin's.

I think you are confusing YouTube views with people enjoying something. It doesn't matter if more than 2 million people are watching it. That just means YouTube is where everyone is watching it. Whether they enjoy what they watch is something altogether different.

Yes. People are claiming that the view count proves it's popular, but the view count is only that high because so many people go there to watch the eps in the first place. It's not an indication of quality.

This is absolutely true.

Couldn't have said it better myself. The hits on YouTube are not an indication of quality. And for that matter they aren't a measure of popularity either, since that's how most of us are probably watching it. Second episode in I knew this show was a waste of time. I wanted it to be good! But it's really terrible.

It's getting more crazy, not less.

Not sure. But it's happened before. Did it with Gen Y. Started out as 10 and someone updated it to 12.

I have two opinions on this show. 1) Diao is sweet and wonderful and I love him. 2) This drama is just as awful as I've heard and maybe more. I gave it the lowest ranking I could and then dropped it. No way am I watching anything this bad all the way through. I just wish I could take Diao with me.

When the series is over I'll just hit Youtube and look for recaps of the best Diao highlights.

I really liked the whole episode. This was fun!

I figured we'd get mostly sweet/soft stuff this episode. The hard things this season where Pha's illness, MarKit's communication issues and Saendee's kind of evil ways. And Pok's pretty serious temper problem. Those are all resolved. So things kind of had to become more happy.

I enjoyed Padbok showing up randomly to be a butt head. Sab was hilarious about it. It felt like a good runway approach to an ending.
