I think Ye Tan and Qing Kui might not need reborn from Zi Wu coz both of them were nurture by You Qin and Chao Feng.

Previously they reborn into human world because they (the twin flower) were dying, They still in the spirit of the flower forms hence it takes longer time (10000 years) to reborn.

I am also ok with the ending.
