How many were trying to help PY when he couldn't see, and he was calling for YCW. I just wanted to get her up to get to him. He looked so distraught. I was so happy he was calling her by her name. Letting her know he knew who she was, about time! Happy, seeing those two together.

Such as when he is with SJW, he seems to be clingy, needy and wanting her undevoted time and love. When he was with KTH in the interrogation, he was confident, self-assured and had an answer for everything. So much so until he ticked off KTH. When he was with CES's brother he was strong, mean and threatening. All different types of personalities that we don't see unless he becomes threatened in any way.
At first, I thought he had a twin, but I believe he has demons within him and YYY found out during these sessions. She is also having fun and expressing her inner demons herself. I think SJW needs to have her checked out to see where she came from and how she fits into this puzzle. She is definitely suspect.
But who is to say that SWJ bought the coat. Maybe in her twisted mind she is trying to emulate SJW and with these sessions she has study her so much through SWJ, she wants to be with her and needs to get her out of the way. Hence, her taking the necklace and placing it in CES's hand.
I now think that YYY is closer to both of them then anyone thinks. Possibly she has done this in the past with couples, breaking them up.
