I have watched all 4 episodes and I have to say it is good. Xu Kai as usual is doing his thing but Jian Tian is the perfect match for him. Lots going on in these first four episodes. Love the chemistry between the two.

@ArtemisPrime I just finished watching all 4 episodes this morning as soon as it was released at 5:00 AM. So, you know I was ready for this. It is worth the binge.
@AsianDramasareLub what happens is that she is pregnant. The night she gave him that aphrodisiac they slept together. The child she carries still had some of the remnants of the pill that she always had in her body to prevent her from aging.
He finds out where she is from the guy at the bookstore who tells him. He finds out everything and goes to see her master to help him. She tells him that if he can only save one which would it be. He said her.
She goes back gives her some medicine but meanwhile, she makes the decision to take her and the baby away saying she feels as though they need to let each other go. (At this point I was made because who was she to make the decision).
They have a daughter who looks to me about 4 or 5 and she runs into him, and she runs over to see if she is okay. He then knows it's her and they are now one happy family.
She does look a bit more youthful in her face, but her hair is still white.
Seriously, this drama is too much! I need to see all of it! Loving every minute. It just keeps getting better and better!

LJH aka Morticia got her comeuppance in this episode. HYJ was not even playing with her and fixed her with that painting. My girl is on point. But you know she needs to stay stronger when they come at her. And why go see the brother after YSH dropped the bombshell about him almost killing his older brother. Don't rely on secondhand info go to SDG and ask him. Dang! That is why we have misunderstandings.
HYJ needs to trust SDG just a little bit because he is trying to make her feel comfortable and at ease.
I still think SDG was in the other car and is in a coma too. His wish was always to be with her. Not sure how that configures together but I still think something is up on his end too.
First of all, I can't stand MB (her whiny voice is annoying) because why is she calling QYS to help her move. Why isn't she calling ZYS to help? He is the one that she should be calling. And why is SY being so accommodating to MB? I'm sorry but, he has limited time due to his work schedule.
I felt so bad for XMS. I knew that DHX was going to reject him and think of him only as her brother. He looked so upset. Tables are going to turn when he has a girl interested in him. Don't think that will take too long for them two to finally get together. They are a cute couple.
LeLe is my girl...loved when she figured out that QYS and MB were not a couple. Man, MB was so ticked. lol!
Now MB and YZW will become fast friends after he use the guise of collaborating with the hospital. She is going to get him to help break them up. So annoyed! Looking at the previews they breakup in episode 25.

@Mikeyla I was pretty much ok with the drama during the first half, but the second half was just tragic and unhappy.
The pair in my opinion didn't get together in the end. He was writing and that is what (again my opinion) he felt could have happened if when they did meet the first time when he was traveling on the road and she helped him, it would have been a different outcome.
He hid his identity from her. You notice when he came to her out of the carriage, she looked how she was in the beginning, with the "Pippi Longstocking" hairstyle? Well, to me this is how he always saw her and that is how he wrote what he wanted/saw how their meeting would have been had he revealed himself to her.
To me this was a sad ending because he didn't know she had gotten old for him with giving him the pill. He always believed that the Princess saved him. Even though when he was getting the medicine you heard HQT say, "madam sent the medicine." But somehow, that changed to the Princess. Plus, she never spoke or said anything when she gave him the rabbit.
You heard him continuously coughing in the shop as he was writing. Was he eventually going to die because that was something to help her preserve her being old and protected her when she was hurt. He had been poisoned twice so who knows how long that pill work for him.
Again, to me this was a sad ending. I hope episode 27 tells us a better ending.
I have finished this drama. I know Viki is showing an episode 27 tomorrow which I hope will explain what truly happens with this pair.

The constant "tug and pull' between the ML and FL was upsetting to me. I get it what the ML was trying to do but he never conceded where she was concerned. Even when she expressed her feelings to him, he still denied her. I can only say, I see why the rating is the way it is.
I can only say that I am truly exhausted again, emotionally and mentally. This is too much. Lord knows when this drama ends I don't if I can handle it. These two are killing me.

But I have to give it up also to YGC in that scene, no words were needed because her eyes said it all and we felt every emotion that those two were feeling. Best 1-1 screen time with those two!
Now, can we PLEASE have another episode where we have just nothing but happiness all around. We want that loving feeling back. When these two are together it is fireworks.
