This reminds me of the drama ‘This Week My Wife is Having An Affair’ (Lee Sun Kyun and Song Ji Hyo). There, the wife is the one who’s cheating. They had a divorce, but in the end they got back together because the husband couldn’t live without her anyway even though he tried to find other women. So yeah there’s a possibility this might have a similar storylines.
Back then, Dr Cha actually knew that Dr Seo was Dr Choi’s boyfriend when they were all still in Uni or doing their internship. Doesn’t it count as cheating too, that they had sex the moment they were alone together. Even though they’re trying to justify it as ‘young hot blood’.
