Like I said your call. Cause we might not have the same tastes, tolerance. This is one of my top ten BLs, none of them are perfect but I am not a fan of fluffy BLs. Mature themes but Tharn type is not one of them. For example, Secret relationships was really good but wholly cow a tough watch. Also liked When it rains it pours, the controversial my stand in, unknown, and another controversial but oldie one Love mechanics. All had some controversy or red flag behavior. To my star, a tale of a thousand stars, we best love…to name a few of my faves. Let me know if you decide to watch, I am always interested in knowing others faves…

Are they serious right now! Justify that they were just a second couple and give us all that back story and then …that’s it! It isn’t that I didn’t like the lead couple but this low rating will show my displeasure!

There is never a good reason to justify any non consensual but if you don’t want “any” then yeah skip it cause there is some again not justifying it but there is some here. Now myself I don’t want to watch just fluffy high school puppy love dramas only either. If I watch shows with killers does that mean I accept that, any show that in real world I would find deplorable or unacceptable doesn’t mean I support that just cause I watched a show with that behavior. But yes skipping shows that have content you don’t like, is why we have freedome to watch or not! And there are plenty of BLs to pick from so you don’t have to compromise…so like I said before I like to make up my own mind. I absolutely hated pitbabe and it got rave reviews, I watched it YUCK! so I get it, some people didn’t like top form ok. I personally liked it a lot! And that is my personal opinion! Thank goodness we get to say what we want good bad even ugly…😎

It is a good adaptation, if you like the red flag junta of the anime/manga, then you might not like it. They made Jin (junta) more of a green flag. And Akin (Takato) is perfectly cast here. I hope you like it, just like every drama some like it some don’t. You have to decide for yourself.

Now on May 12, all hell broke loose when GIR saying that due to xyz (you will need to read what was said) that they will be solely responsible for Smart moving forward which breaks the contract. After some more ranting and raving from the three companies. Talai and wetv officially cut ties with GIR and Smart (see official announcement). Smart who was now one of the biggest stars internationally due to Top Form and his amazing chemistry with Boom and now POOF, no more Smart Boom. Not saying Talai and Wetv are innocent but when your “asset” (GIR) finally strikes gold why kill the golden goose without trying really hard to work it out, like I said it seemed allegedly that GIR who had been useless to Smart up to now, but now want to solely manage him, like really??? I love Smart and pray that he continues to shine, it’s just that the history is …not good. So I am just a fan and heartbroken one at that.😭😭😭, I copy pasted this from my post a month ago. UPDATE: GIR finally helped Smart release two singles with Cold Bleed topping charts so finally he is getting GIR do stuff for him but without his success from Top Form and his chemistry with Boom, I don’t think they would have supported his career the same. Yes this sadly is true but the only thing I can say not to excuse but to compare, in the anime and manga, Jin does way worse stuff and that was totally changed up in the live action, with this one exception. Again not to excuse but to compare the two versions of Jin.

Where you’ve been? this was like trending top charts during the actual airing almost everywhere! Especially in Japan cause it is based on a popular manga and anime and before revenged love it was all the rage with Chinese fans. It was the highest rated BL in IMDB history to date at the time of airing! 😜the honey scene was epic , they did an amazing job, and it needed to be since it was iconic and came right off the pages of the manga and anime!

I thought Reset was pretty good, it just finished, and Khemjira just started and has me hooked. Since you say you are new to BL, some of my favorites are: Semantic Error, When it rains it pours, My stand-in (red flag alert); We Best Love: no 1 for you season 1and 2; A Tale of a thousand stars, to my star season 1 and 2; and Secret Relationships to name a few. A mix of Thai, South Korean, Japanese and Taiwan to mix it up. I did like revenged love and Top Form i just loved so that is why I ventured to recommend some dramas to you. The horrible things he says to gao tu breaks my heart as much as the horrible things HY has done to Sheng. This my first interaction with omegaverse and the red flags are supposedly part of that genre, it can be tough on a newbie like me!

Most likely, remember he is only 23 years old and he has been under the control of this company and the “$*54$&55#” CEO for the last FIVE years and they did nothing for him until his success due to Top Form. Now they are doing things for him cause they are making gobs of money, I just hope he is being fairly compensated and treated!

If you are asking, I would recommend. I think it was a good adaptation of the manga/anime. Was it perfect no but what is? I didn’t like pit babe watched the first season so I could have an opinion yuck and did not watch second season so we don’t all love BLs blindly. I have a longer list of BLs I don’t like vs like so I get it, different tastes for different people. I hope you try it, then I would be happy to hear your opinion one way or the other respectfully.

I don’t mind people saying they don’t like something if they have watched it. Seriously having an opinion about a show without watching it pardon me for being blunt …ridiculous! If you don’t want to watch it, fine don’t but seriously don’t trash a show you haven’t watched, very annoying!
