Shitty parenting won't happen if there are less unwanted kids. Imposing a child on a woman is like imposing a burden. She can just abandon it and she will obviously and we all know what happens in an adoption centre. What do u want stastics for? I think it has a low rating because it does lag behind in terms of politics as compared to other Saeguks. Even though its a saeguk i still felt some kind of modern feel to it. Also i think the pacing from episode 7 to episode 12 is a bit off putting.

I think a bit dry Saeguk is better for the people who are watching their 3rd or 4th saeguk. It can help them understand the genre better. The cinematography was one of my fav things too.
