I love Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara but to be honest, it's messy series for me 😭. You can still continue to watch it. Sometimes I still watch a series even with low ratings or poor reviews and I ended up liking it.
My second fave sageuk next to SFD. This is my 5th time watching Bloody Heart and I'm still in love with the story, politics and its amazing cinematography. The casts did a great job!

This is just my understanding. In Episode 8, Hae Joon asked Bum Ryung that question and his answer was he might be arrested if the police will know that he saw her but he did not report it to them. Remember the police is looking for Ms. Lee because she is one of the protesters. That's why he called Hae Joon. Hae Joon's number is like the emergency contact number of the students.
Hopefully they won't change their plans. Hehe.
