Boon-ok may have a tough backstory but the way you wrote this thinkpiece dismissing Young-ro's tragedies, painting…
Yeah i agree, let's not disrespect each other opinions here and make anyone uncomfortable as i'm sure that isn't the goal of watching a drama. We want to be able to enjoy it and share our thoughts. Young ro being born in an rich family is already an privilege that we can't ignore but does she abuse that power she has, no she doesn't i feel, whereas Boon Ok because she does have it more tough i feel sometimes she's thinks her behaviour is justified towards others which isn't right. Although i also understand her being that way because you gotta speak up when you don't have the privileges, otherwise no one will for you. But still, there were so many times she pissed me off i acknowledge she has it hard but you still shouldn't treat others like that, it's not done
After watching the Boon Ok scene. I actually think Boon Ok doesn't like Gyeok Chan, but knows he is sympathetic…
yeah i somewhat can see what you're saying, it's just her character isn't suppose to be good, she pisses me off, like she's still looking for the money so maybe she's just liking the attention even if its from an bad guy which is kinda sad. But omg he is hott, i would really just want to see his soft side
I've been reading a lot of comments on 'it's just in the dorm'. I think when we went in to watch the drama we had preconceived notions on the plot tbh i also wanted them to get out of the dorm cause that's what i was expecting, like jisoo's character ending up in North Korea or something. But I'm sure the writers have kept the plot inside the dorm for a good reason and now i'm just enjoying it to the best. Could it of been better if they had escaped i mean who knows right, at this point you just gotta let go and enjoy it for what it is, an amazing drama. Although ngl would like to see more romance between Jisoo's and Jung Hae-in's characters
How am i suppose to wait till next week for another episode, this is tooo hard omg especially if i find out some students died, nah hell nah i won't be able to take it
sky castle (petty politics, gossiping moms), d.p. (action/military, not romance, jhi lead), or come and hug me…
Thank you for those, appreciate it i will check them out. Although I was looking for more period dramas with a little dark romance and spy vibes haha? Got any in mind? Thank youuuu
I don't find her annoying? I think she's doing a good job, especially considering this is her first acting gig.…
yeah i totally felt that too, in many scenes it felt like she was speaking like a child or baby. I couldn't figure out if it was just her character or her acting, it felt like a bit of both but nonetheless she's doing an great job. So much love to Jisoo
Ok so just while i'm waiting for ep 6 patiently i decided why not write what i'm feeling about the show leaving the controversies separate. I just want to say first of all the chances of my bp bias Jisoo debuting with my favourite korean actor Jung Hae In, like we are blessed. They both look absolutely stunning together. I also want to appreciate that there's an historical drama that isn't about Kings and Queens. The only other decent drama i know set up back in the day was Youth of May. I'm loving the ambience of the show and the cinematography just job well done. Also, just seeing how universities were back then and appreciating the differences has kept me excited, not to mention their amazing chemistry :). Moving on the eps now are just getting better and better, keeping me on the edge of my seat. I'm going to leave it at that otherwise i feel like i go on forever.
Thank youuuu
