I couldn't agree more.... I just wanted to watch something adorable and cute with story development... But here there is nothing called story development... The story isn't progressing at all...there is no character development as well i am at ep 11 and the only devlopment till now is that Xuan Xuan started calling him dad... I am too annoyed but let's wait maybe it gets better in later eps... U know we are not even half way through..( i mean what we have watched)... Let's hope the story actually progresses in the further eps..
So i started it as a filler while waiting for further eps of now airing drama back from the brinkγζ€εΏγ and what was i thinking while doing this... From a drama with over the roof chemistry i literally crash landed upon this one with no chemistry whatsoever.... I love zhao lusi and also like xu kaicheng but their pairing wasn't something pleasing... Zhao lusi s chemistry with all the other MLs have always been amazing but this one is a miss... Honestly If anybody stumbles upon this comment while deciding wheather to watch it or not.. I'd say just give it a pass it's not worth it... I generally don't rant abt chemistry but this one was something ehem .... Leave it... The story was so so.. other couples were more pleasing... Honestly ( ik i am being shallow) but there are a few eye candies here and there as well and the acting( i mean as individuals) was good but this can't save it... The screenwriter actually wasted many potentially useful characters like that only.. such a pity... P.s a very important thing if u start it even after all this let me tell you don't keep high hopes for Zhou wen yuan like me... U wud be heartbroken...
Idk why but for me it was all good until their relationship was platonic.. i just find the idea of dating and marrying your Dean weird.... Ik ik i should not have started it cause it was quite clear from ep 1 but now that I started it i need to finish it...π€¦π»ββοΈ Ik he was her brothers friend so there is nothing wrong in it but he was still her deputy chief.... Imagine calling your loved once deputy chief π Anyway it doesn't matter I'll finish it anyhow... P.s two eps left.. what's the point of writing this now...
