this drama has some really weird moments lol like what was even happening when fl was playing the qin 🤣 i understand the meaning behind that but the whole scene was questionable haha

i love fl and jingrui’s (jiang li’s cousin) relationship and their interactions

i thought they would notice her absence at least 😭 i was scared for nothing ahah

she stayed the night at a man’s house and that pair of mother and daughter didn’t use that against her? no one even mentioned it 😭

zhao liying is such a beauty .. her eyes are so beautiful

have finally completed this series. unfortunately, the last few episodes were a bit weird compared to earlier episodes and it felt like the behaviour of the leads was out of character but there are not that many dramas nowadays that stay consistent and interesting till the very end so i’m not going to complain much. besides i did enjoy the majority of the episodes quite a bit and the happy ending part was nice so overall i think that this drama is really good and worth watching

i actually always found it weird that mtl usually messes up he and she in cnovels .. i know that these two words sound the same but the characters are different so ive always been curious why is that translated wrong ahah
