all of you are so focused on DH being gay that youâre not willing to see other things happening in the drama
he wasnât forcing AJ to accept the contract but he wasnât exactly gentle while offering. first of all, heâs reasoning for her to accept was dumb. she will get a lead role as a LEGAL wife for THREE years and she will also have to move to USA. what??? and he said that knowing she was struggling with finding a good job opportunity. that scene after AJ and JH got drunk and were at the grandpaâs place when DH and AJ were walking back together. do you all still remember that part? was that being a good friend? AJ didnât want to accept the offer from the beginning, what pushed her were JHâs actions and then the desire to help her friend. when AJ started changing, and werenât so sure anymore, DH never really asked her, never made sure if sheâs still willing to go through with the marriage and i feel like in situations like this you have to constantly ask the other if theyâre still on board
DH wanted this contract marriage to happen so that he wouldnât have to take over the company and marry someone else. but is it going like he wanted to? he got lost in his lies. said a lot of harsh words to his brother. and even tho JH did sometimes overstep, but saying that they will not be brothers anymore is a little harsh, no? JH was alone all the time, fighting with those siblings and taking in his grandpas disdain for him everyday, while DH ran away to another country afraid of his secret being found out and not caring at all about JH. as we know, he didnât even share his home address. thatâs crazy
the only thing i agree with in the comments is that JH really didnât think enough after knowing that DH is gay. why had he never thought that their marriage could be fake taking in the fact that AJ appeared randomly at that specific time. but even with this, i believe his actions were not dumb, he liked AJ and tried to forget her for his brother but after knowing the truth his feelings exploded so he acted almost on impulse (remember the scene where he walks after talking the DHâs ex?). JH was also going to wait for DH to tell him himself, but DH started acting like the only sad and struggling man again, so they argued and JH left.
the confession wasnât random, the whole episode was leading up to that. they had worries, they expressed them and tried to spend a day for themselves. people here calling them selfish gets on my nerves. i donât agree with that but i donât want to go on another rant. but isnât it more interesting when characters are black and white? in real life we all make mistakes
do you all really not see all this? people make out DH to be a really good and unselfish person but it seems like everyoneâs ignoring his actions and words. i like DH, i wish he has a happy ending so donât make a hater out of me but the hate the main characters get is unreasonable
people are hating on AJ too much :/ yes JH said that they should be completely honest with each other and clearly she wants that too but her and DH have a contract, an agreement between the two of them so of course she canât go and straight up tell JH everything about the marriage being fake (while not mentioning the fact that DH is gay)
JH will ask why, and either AJ will have to lie to think of a reason (i think even telling half of the truth that DH doesnât want to be forced into marriage for the company would be considered as a lie) or she will have to tell JH about his brother being gay which we all know (and AJ knows) is not the right thing to do⊠so what are you expecting her to do?
in this episode during the last minutes she asks DH if they could tell JH about the marriage being fake. that shows sheâs agonising over lying to JH about this and i think if DH hadnât seen those pictures his reaction would have been quite interesting .. i believe he wouldâve considered that especially with JH already knowing that heâs gay
anyway a lot of people here are too biased. some are just focusing on DH and ignore everything else happening in the drama and others are just hating on the fl and refuse to understand her point of view
As they say: different strokes for different folks. I've always loved Wu Lei, and I'm sure not every drama out…
wu lei is great! not sure if i understood you wrong but i want to explain that when i say im not a fan of his its only because i didnt enjoy some of his other dramas, dont get me wrong đ
i want to explain the moment where lin yiyang drinks something spoiled from the fridge in ep 7 ! it was actually a joke. the word jealous in chinese literally means eating vinegar (ćéïŒand it was funny because he drank it right after his friend and him talked about yin guoâs admirer
may sound superficial but finally theres a cdrama where all men are attractive (also my journey to you) iâm not a fan of the ml but his character here is quite nice so im taking a liking to him ahhhh this is a joy to watch i understand why some may find this boring but this is a special style of chinese dramas ⊠and im enjoying it so much
the two brothers are always holding the trials over ml but they also interrupt him constantly đ i bet the older brother didnt have to go through the trials while there were ongoing murders ⊠its getting annoying
