I think is because he can't live like that. He want be a good father and there for his children but he can't live without may and he know his children will hate him for chosing her. He chose to end his life because he know from the snake that he can't go back "home" to his childhood home and also it heavily about karma even if unintentional he still commit the act. He die knowing his selfishness is inexcusable. Both ML and FL pretty selfish from start to end but least now I know it partly dictated by karma. Chon had a choice to go back to his family and break the cycle and live but chose to go after May and that's when the snake stopped him. The snake didn't kill either of them, they chose to die than not be together. It's a selfish tragic love

What I don't fully understand is the snake and mom relationship. Is it implying she is a snake wife? I know symbolically. And the snake protect May like a child?

Hav you watch the end? I just finish the last episode even though I knew it foreshadow ML die of drowning I was actually sad. Despite wanting the snake to punish ML from the start how it all play out was tragic. This is pretty good. Heavily about the doctrine of karma.

I just finish to end of 15! Anong saying she didn't kill the mother alone raise some questions for sure. I don't think may attempt to kill the snake will end nicely for her. Best part of episode 12 seeing karma bite meena and that husband. It seem be hinting at some cycle started by her father? He paid the workers to gang rape the uncle's mute wife. It wasn't graphic but didn't have to be. It worst than throwing the two adulterers in the snake pit. It's starting to unravel the mysteries now and getting pretty intense! Wish they focus more on SML and SFL

It's okay to agree to disagree but I think the show is making the wife "bad" to justify his cheating and interest in May. Lack of sex with the wife doesn't justify adultery lol. She's been a loyal wife but headstrong and independent. It even shows her being mean to her son to justify the ML's affair. Again, all pointing to the wife being defective. She could be perfect and he'd still cheat with May. It's "fate" according to him. May is still the mistress, she still knowing slept with him knowing he's still married. And latest episode even asked him to leave everyone behind to stay at the house with her. But again, all this to happen because it's the storyline of the show. Still really can't stand ML and FL lead lol

It's watered down a lot. A lot of skinship. ML and FL have sex a lot lol. She's a mistress and basically no one can stop her. The theme is sin. If you start watching it you'll probably want to know how it end. Like what happen to everyone in the past with the snake. I personally haven't watch anything like this before where ML and FL are both selfish. I think the snake is intriguing. I want see it punish everyone like the sister who slept with her sister's husband.

I only seen to 9 and 10 raw. ML asked for the divorce. FL knows the snake is killing everyone it protect her from childhood. I think how the mother died will solve the question deeper of their relationship. But it's a symbiotic relationship. The other snake is send by the doctor who is having the affair with FL's dad's mistress. They want kill FL but the cobra protect her.
Doesn't seem like anyone is watching this much. I'm just watching to see the snake kill ML. I think judging from the movie FL kills the snake though. Unless they change it. ML is actually the Uncle tim's biological nephew. I agree with you I don't like FL and ML here at all they are selfish! First time watching a drama that I don't want the leads to end together

Episode 8 made 2-7 pointless now. Should not have include it if she just going sleep with him anyway knowing now he married. ML and FL are so frustrating. I will actually enjoy watching the snake kill them
