Beautiful. The only other time I was this emotionally invested in a drama was while watching Scarlet Heart: Ryeo. Thankfully this drama’s ending didn’t break my heart to pieces.
Sang Man in episode 16 had me bawling my eyes out even more.
This was, at times, a tough drama to watch but in the end, it was rewarding.
Wonderful work from the cast. Kudos to Lee Jun Ho. He seems to be getting better and better with each acting role.
Jung Kyung Ho is my first and possibly my ultimate bias when it comes to k dramas. I first saw him in Falling For Innocence and I was hooked. I quickly followed it up with Cruel City and I’ve fallen off the ledge. He was great in Falling For Innocence but he was amazing in Cruel City. A-maz-ing.
I am very wary of Korean remakes of Western shows especially since I enjoyed the original (UK) Life on Mars but I am looking forward to this version.
I am aware this was a disaster film but there was still too much shouting and panicking. It did my head in and ruined the film for me. I just couldn’t get into it.
I love this drama and I agree. Jun Ho’s acting is impressive. He seems to be getting better with each new role. As if I need more reasons to adore him.
I still have a few more episodes to watch but I marathoned the first eight and I was totally into it. The last time I was this emotionally invested in a drama was when I was watching Scarlet Heart: Ryeo.
I was laughing from the first episode to the last. While the storyline from ep 13 kind of dragged, I still enjoyed this.
Choi Kang Hee is always a delight to watch. Ji Sung was great! Also, I now get why Jaejoong is very popular. :)
Loved the female friendships here. The Na Yoon character was worrisome at first but I came to adore her. I enjoyed watching the three females characters onscreen.

Takashi Miike is usually hit or miss for me but I enjoyed this far more than I was expecting.
I love the cast.
It has been sitting in my list ever since it came out on Netflix. I will get there. :)
I haven’t seen FMA on Netflix yet. I have to psyche myself because I have been burned by live action versions of anime before.

I adore Jung Kyung Ho and I love his work.
This was my first drama with Hong Bin. He and Jin Ki Joo were fun to watch together.
That water sprinkler scene? Oh boy. I swooned!
I really enjoyed this and may return to that water sprinkler scene again. :)
I loved Eun Woo’s footwear. May I have those and the bear slippers?
For most of the film, I had the TV on mute.
I am looking forward to finishing it.
