I decided to watch it after being very disappointed and bored with the drama series. I'm glad I did because I thought this was far more enjoyable and a huge improvement. The acting by the cast was considerably better, the story zipped along, the soundtrack and CGI was better and I really got into the story. It was kind of weird seeing the same scenes play out though.
I would highly recommend the film over the drama series. Hands down, it's so much better.
Angela Baby and Jing Boran are gorgeous and I enjoyed watching them onscreen. Their acting didn't feel forced at all. Yang Yang, who's a very handsome man, came across as stiff in the drama most times.
Does anyone know why the drama and film came out around the same time?
P.S. I LOVED the bicycle/grocery bag scene here even more.
Now I've seen who Yang Yang is and I can see what the fuss is all about. He is a very handsome man.
This was my first C drama and, unfortunately, watching it did not make me want to watch more. I found it so slow and they could have told the story with less than 30 episodes. There were many scenes which went on and on and on. I found myself fast-forwarding scene after scene. I have never done that before.
I adore Super Junior but Attack of the Pin Up Boys was so cringe-worthy I'm embarrassed to admit, to this day, I sat through the whole thing. I did it for Yesung!
On the other hand, I am so thrilled Yesung, who's my ultimate KPop bias, seems to be doing more acting projects. He needs more acting experience but he is doing quite well considering he only has a handful of acting jobs to his belt.
Thank you for the recommendations. I'm watching Love O2O at the moment and am now very curious to see the movie afterwards.
I have seen the other two. I really like Yamapi but I didn't enjoy Close Range Love. Maybe it's the subject matter. It just didn't sit well with me and I kept thinking thinking 'No. No. No' while watching it.
I ended up liking The Black Devil and The White Prince more than I thought I would though. I saw it after I watched YamaKen's Wolf Girl and Black Prince which I really liked.
Playful Kiss was the first version I saw and I really liked it. However Itazura na Kiss - Love in Tokyo is my favourite version so far. I really liked how it played out in that version. I tried watching It Started With A Kiss but I just didn't like it at all. I couldn't finish it. And I can't even start the latest Taiwanese version.
I loved that umbrella scene. I'm swooning just thinking about it.
Btw I loved, loved, loved Kim Hyun Joong's clothes in Playful Kiss especially his jacket in the umbrella scene. *sigh*
Wow. This was tiring to watch. While I loved A Girl and Three Sweethearts, I found this to be disappointing. When things started to get better, something else happened again to pull me down.
I thought about dropping it but it only had nine episodes. What could go wrong? I'm tired after watching this.
And that song was really annoying me by the end. So repetitive.
Oh boy. What a rollercoaster of emotions. I'm really going to miss this show and cast.
I spent a big chunk of the last two eps bawling my eyes out. Just when I thought I couldn't take it anymore, the happy endings started coming.
There was a lot of loneliness covered in the finale but I'm very happy for Reaper and Sunny finally finding happiness together. Hopefully it will last for a very long time.
I was really, really sad for Shin being left all alone. Far more than how I felt for Eun Tak's passing. I'm just very pleased he has a reason to be very happy in the end.
I was hoping to see whatever happened to Duk Hwa and am glad to see CEO Kim as sweet as ever.
Btw that celebratory dinner scene was very funny. If I was Duk Hwa, I may have snapped by then. Hahaha.
This show gets funnier with each episode and I am loving it.
I watched it because of Sato Takeru *swoon* and ended up enjoying it so much. The chemistry between him and Watabe Atsuro is fantastic. Their comedic timing is great.
I really enjoyed this and I now get Yamapi's appeal.
There were so many scenes which made me laugh but I was surprised how moving it became towards the end. I was a mess while watching the last two episodes.

Loved the cameos and inside jokes. And the soundtrack was really good!
Part 2 was so enjoyable. I loved seeing Gong Yoo, Lee Dong Wook and Sung Jae together.
I thought about dropping it but it only had nine episodes. What could go wrong? I'm tired after watching this.

Can we have more of Kang Chul Woong, please. :)

I enjoyed the first episode. So promising! Jang Hyuk is always wonderful to watch but I'm really looking forward to seeing Yesung. :)
I giggled when I saw a chandelier in a plane.
I'm also excited for 'Voice'. Jang Hyuk and Yesung. For an idol with limited acting experience, Yesung's very promising.
'Sensitive Boss' also sounds like a lot of fun.
I liked how there were no nasty characters. Everyone was lovable. I especially liked Jason and would have loved to see more of his backstory.
I'm glad I came across this one. :)

I cannot wait to finish this.
