Douban is not a 100% reliable source. Yes, they may put an unofficial release month or year but this is usually based on rumors or tentative schedules. Most rumors typically come from Weibo as many “melon” users are active there, while tentative release often come from pre-broadcast investment promotion. Since these are tentative, they can change anytime or stay the same.
Once a drama has investment promotion and a tentative release month is put, the final decision is up to the platform whether to release it on that month or reschedule it.
It is up to you whether to rely on Douban or Weibo melon users. But remember, not all rumored posts are accurate. Some may turn out to be true and others not.

Yeah, it also happened with the MangoTV drama "Romance In The Alley". It is only available on their YouTube channel and on MangoTV China, but not on the MangoTV international.
I also checked Youku International’s Facebook page, but I didn’t see any promotional content for this drama :(

According to rumors, Youku will have another conference in September, but I'm not sure if there will be a trailer or just a poster, stills, and highlights.
Since it's a conference, many dramas will surely release promotional materials.
