Some folks are claiming that this is a slow burn, I respectfully disagree seems like they have never watched a 40 Episode crdamas.
Update: I dont want people to drop this because someone else said its a slow burn which is notrue, I understand if you need to drop it because you cant connect to it.
I was going to give up midway as the emotional scenes were too much to handle, but I am glad I powered through an amazing drama and loved everyone coming together at the end.
I am scaredy cat so was hesitent to watch this at first but monster wasn't as a scary maybe the fact that it was a human monster instead of an alien monster, anywho I thoroughly enjoyed the show and I loved Jang Tae Sang's character arc developing from a self perseverance to a selfless act of sacrifice in Episode 7. Looking forward to Part 2 and havoc Myeong Ja is going to cause.

Appreciate your comment, some viewers are struggling to compartmentalize two shows, I understand need to compare if its a remake within same language/culture settings as you are doing apples to apples, comparing same story made for two audiences is unfair. I almost wanted to give up watching due to complexity but I powered through and glad I did.. I hope you get enjoy the show like I did.
I am at Ep 20: Are the ML and FL even Leads for this C Drama, their screen time is so low compared to rest of side characters... its very annoying that they have less time compared to other characters... 😡
I agree that Kdrama quality is outstanding but Cdramas are slowly getting there especially in 2023.
As someone who started watching KDramas and CDramas 3 years ago I completely agree on different country, culture, execution and I hate when folks compare K and C Dramas.. both have their individualistic charms and for folks like me I enjoy both of them equally! ♥️
I am in Ep3, seems like 2023 FL & 2023 ML knew each other and 2223 FL is kinda confused about their relationship so were they just friends or were they dating? 💕
