This is the ending I wanted and got....and this is what the reality is...despite any flaws or missteps they never stopped loving one another....they had a choice to make and they chose what was best for them. I’ve said in previous posts that my soulmate and I were together for 50 years....until we were separated by death.... but during those years we had some low points....thank God for good friends and loving families...our love was tested but it was true and we always said we were two imperfect people perfectly fit for each other. With each episode I kept asking where are their families, where are their old friends. Yes you leave home and make new friends but you don’t forget the ones who were with you at the start. So glad the writers got that last episode right. Now I can go back and rewatch the series. Please don’t hate me. I’m just telling you about my personal reality and how it related to Teh and Aew. Live well and take care.

I agree. I have a cousin who I love dearly. Her husband can be a real jackass. They’ve been together over 25 years. Everyone tells her she should leave him. This is why sequels generally fall short. By trying to top what they did in the first season they decide to go all the way left and the end product is a jumbled mess. I really think a lot of it has to do with not really knowing your audience. As humans we are very peculiar. For one thing most of us do not deal with change well. So when you have spent millions of dollars to create a certain persona and a certain image it is a big risk to think that you can now flip the switch and everybody will applaud your ingenuity. Sorry, but that’s not how most people are wired. I was thinking about a very popular store I frequented years ago. I hadn’t shopped there in awhile and I decided to stop in. Every thing had changed. The decor, the fashion designs. Nothing was the same. And from the comments I heard it was struggling to get the ship right size up again. Curious I approached a manager and asked what happened. She was very honest. She said the decision makers at the top decided to go in a new direction. They wanted to project a different more contemporary look. In the process they forgot to protect the brand that had bought them so much success. They didn’t consider their base which was the core of their success. Now they were scrambling to get back on track but they were too late. So many had already abandoned ship. I hope this has been a lesson for Nadaeo and all those involved in this project. Know your base. Know just how much they have become emotionally invested in your product(the characters) know how to proactively prepare them for what’s coming. My heart goes out to Billkin, PP, Oab and the rest of the cast members. They did their jobs, maybe too well. You created this ball of fire. Now you have to clean it up.

Please let your theory come true. In my heart of hearts I want Teh and Aew to end up together again but I am preparing myself for a different scenario. I have been watching Billkin/PP videos the past few days just to recapture what Teh and Aew had before ep 3 &4. If they are still not together at the end of ep 5 I will not be watching. The spoilers(thank you) will let me know if I will watch or not. Anyway I will always be a fan of Billkin and PP.
Just finished watching a livestream interview with Billkin and PP. The virtual interview was from the Philippines. Both Billkin and PP expressed sincere thanks to their global followers. Billkin said he was overwhelmed by the reception he and PP have received from so many countries. PP said the feedback has made him so happy. These are two talented hardworking young artists. Aew and Teh are fictional characters. But Billkin and PP are real and I, for one am looking forward to their next projects. Some projects may be joint and others may be individual but I feel their friendship and support for one another will be forever.

Wow not where I grew up. Employment, finances,racial and social equality were our main issues. I was 22 and my husband was 24 when we got married. Cheating was not an option. We were too busy trying to make a baby.

I respect that but don’t get offended if I don’t. I loved Billkin and Pp in My Ambulance and I loved ITSAY. While IPYTP has a lot of positives it just Was not fun to watch to me.
Well many would curse Teh for being a D!ck but the fact that this season 2 is Realistic AF made me fell in love…

They will meet for drinks and talk about how stupid and naive they were as students in high school and college. Thank you for your astute analysis. I say this in all sincerity because I am the mother of two wonderful sons. One could very well be Aew and the other one is my Teh. People who meet my Aew use words like saint, angel, sweet and kind. The words they use for my Teh are loner, aloof, selfish, charmer , self-centered. My Aew is the saint. My Teh is the sinner. But there have been times when I have had to stop someone in the midst of a sentence about my Aew and let them know that he may be all those things but he is not perfect. He is not a Saint. Like wise I have to remind people that my Teh also has a big heart. Like the Teh in the series he causes himself more pain and personal anguish due to his choices. Both are deserving of compassion. There is hope for both. We may dislike what Teh did. But we should not write him off. Just as I will never abandon my Teh.
