Nope, soojin character will be sameas the webtoon version, because in ep.4 you will see a scene whre's suhoo beat the guy that went a blind date wit jukyong, and i found out that the guy was on a call with someone, that i think is soojin, since that scene are include in the webtoon version, they just changed the fact that soojin and jukyong supposed to know each other so later, and they're not supposed to be a class mate i think, correct me if i am wrong.
