I feel like this was more of an emotional pile-on, even when you wanted to, like, it. It's like one long therapy session. While I like realistic movies, this felt too heavy and a bit depressing.
It's not a BL, it's a child-rearing manga. Rather, it is a slice-of-life / cooking/parenting manga about two single dads raising their children together. And how did you finish watching a show that hasn't released its 6th episode?
I like this drama. I love FL and ML. They are so cute. Thei love and visuals are so lovely. I cant stand anymore…
I was also disappointed by that kind of writing. I agree with you, it's weird that a whole Dr would behave like a desperate school girl. They would have given us a supportive friendship where she's excited for him. It's not always necessary to portray such a competent person as someone desperate for a childhood crush.
Am i the only one dropped this drama..So min acting is so boring. Always play same role..
Yes, unfortunately Kdrama will easily typecast actresses especially if you're beautiful or have a certain look (innocent, cute etc). But I heard she has a new drama coming soon where she will be an investigator or something.
Something, that's not a romantic comedy from what I read.
why are you making a war of couples?đ Support the drama in general, donât make meaningless discussions..…
That's what drama forums are for, discussions. Unfortunately 1st ML's handsome doesn't match FL's beautiful visual. We needed a stronger ML like Jung Hae In, Choi Woo Shik is too soft and lacks that extra needed.
they are not a lot of people just have second couple syndrome
I think they are and their story seems more structured in a more romantic way if only she weren't mean and a bit obsessed with the 1st ML. She's not a good friend, he already told her he's not interested and she knows he has a first love. Why not be happy and supportive for him instead of acting all jealous !! đ€
Wow. I found the writing and direction to be the worst aspects of this show. The leads are talented, but the material…
To be fair : The director and screenwriter are two different people, and there could be show notes or creative decisions weâre not privy to. Sometimes the director takes liberties that shift the tone or pacing from what was originally written.
I also watched some behind-the-scenes footage and a few interviews with the actors â and it really seemed like certain choices, especially how the emotional scenes were framed, came from the directorâs interpretation rather than the script itself. So itâs hard to pin down exactly what part of the âwritingâ weâre responding to and whose responsible for it.

it's futile to get into a argument about technical details which remain. Pretty subjective. I also believe it's okay not to like all dramas.
Unless youâve read the screenplay, itâs a bit of a stretch to critique it in detail. Weâre all just reacting to how it came across on screen.
I haven't seen the screenplay, so a technical critique of the writing itself from me would be invalid. My 8/10 rating is for the live-action show as a wholeâthe acting, directing, and how well it captured the spirit of the manga for me, which is a subjective feeling.
It's also perfectly okay not to like a show. They're dramas I didn't like that everyone else likes, so it's totally fine.
I remember having this euthanasia debate in one of my classes. Some blamed capitalism. Who has the right to live? What about quality of life? I don't think there's ever a right answer!
If ever I could become a great writer, this is how I imagine writing. One of the reasons I love Jdorama is its ability to cut out the noise and tell stories in the shortest possible way. The actors were great too; they really managed to bring more depth to the one-dimensional characters in the manga.
This was a great series to watch, it was short and it could have been longer, but it wasnât really needed. I…
He wasn't that great of a leader and the author even hints that he hasn't yet consolidated his power and the younger guys didn't like his leadership. So you never if he could become a great leader like his father.
The manga has happy ending so don't cry yourself to sleep. They're going to be just okay.
Oops, though...
I don't understand the logic of coming to MDL before watching the last episode. I thought you watch first then comment. Anyway hope you enjoyed the last episode.

I donât think itâs about lacking concern â itâs about recognizing that online spaces are open discussions by nature. Expecting everyone to avoid talking about certain topics isnât realistic. People can choose what spaces work best for how they want to experience a story. public forums are for discussions, not for protecting people from every possible spoiler.

Then you should avoid the internet entirely. I get that some people prefer to go in completely blind, but social media isnât a spoiler-free zone â itâs a public space where people discuss what theyâve seen or read. If avoiding details is that important, the responsibility lies with the viewer to steer clear of platforms where open discussion happens, not with everyone else to censor themselves.

How is it a spoiler when it's already in the Manga. It's a known fact about the source material and a reference point. It's also publicly available on Google so not exactly a secret. It's a fact that that's how the Manga ends. But no one knows how the drama will end or if the screenwriter will follow that ending.

You need to be a skillful writer to tell a whole story in 6 short episodes.
The fact that it dominated both on Gagaoolala & FOD is testament to what a great job they did.
