People hate the ending because there are so many loopholes and questions not answered and the way the ML brought…
But don't you think it is kinda just bad writing though, like he somehow doesn't remember someone that he witnessed die and also played a part in his death? I feel like if I helped cause someone's death, no matter how much time had passed I would still remember that, in my opinion it is terrible writing and a plot hole.
But yeah with the rest of your comments I agree, surviving a bullet to the head is possible, but even if you survive it, it is hard to believe you wouldn't have any mental damage. I guess the whole thing is just bad writing in my opinion.

Exactly, like in episode 1 HW doesn't know who DJ is or how he died but somehow in episode 16 he has a phone recording that reveals who killed DJ and not only that but HW was present at the death of DJ, yet they want us to believe he didn't know who DJ was in episode 1?? Also that secretary guy conveniently didn't hang up the phone and the chairman conveniently mentions he is the eldest son of the grandpa, also HW surviving a bullet to the head, DJ not knowing he was going to die in that car crash even though he was supposed to know already since he is HW who witnessed DJ's death,, and what happened to murderous grandma, like so many plot holes and unanswered questions. I also fully agree that the way HW brought down Soonyang was the most lack luster and anticlimatic thing ever.
EXACTLY!! like what is the point of episode 2-15?? like none of it mattered in the end lol, you could just watch episode 1 and 16 and you don't miss anything from 2-15
Really if they had ended up together it would be even more forced. HW is literally the accomplice in the death…
Technically he is the accomplice in his own death so it doesnt count? sort of lol, he was both HW and DJ, but its DJ and the prosecutor that end up together not HW, HW has to die in order for DJ to be a thing
Not necessarily because I think that was the point of the story, being reborn rich and taking your revenge, but it wasn't reincarnation though, it was transmigration, he is both Do Jun and HW, but his self migrated between the two bodies and it seems that it even existed within them both at the same time almost but that part could be wrong
I think Hyeon Woo surviving a bullet to the head and falling off a cliff seems more outlandish tbh, but everyone has their own perspective though, I personally like the happily ever after ending, in my opinion it was the more realistic one
In the end Do Jun becomes the chairman and marries prosecutor Seo, then you see Do Jun going to the place where Hyeon Woo died and and asking him to rest in peace (They're both technically the same person so it was himself putting his other life to rest), personally I thought it was a much better ending
Im sorry but that ending was bad, the novel's ending was better, I wished they had stuck with it, this is why TV and movie adaptations should just stick to the source material
Something I love about part 2 so far is that Uk is falling in love with Naksu all over again, like it is a different face but still the same person yet they are slowly finding their way back to each other, I love it!!!
Okay wait do yall think that in the original life, the prosecutor girl was also dating the real Do Jun who died in the car accient and that is why she is out to get Soonyang because she suspected it was someone from Soonyang who had something to do with his death? I read this theory and I don't really like it tbh bc it would mean that the only reason the FL and ML are dating in the new life is because ML is in Do Jun's body.
Okay so putting everything into perspective, Mu-Deok originally housed both the soul of Naksu and Bu-yeon, however Naksu's soul was more dominant and that is the one who interacted with everyone else, then when Mu-deok ran wild, the leader of Jin and master lee found her but Maste lee said that the only way to keep Mu-Deok body alive (this body originally belonged to Buyeon) was to take out Buyeon soul out of the body and only leave Naksu's soul. Later on Maste lee says that the body will take the form of the soul so that they don't clash which is why the body now looks like Naksu originally. He also mentioned that once Naksu finally regains her powers, she will regain her memory and finally we will have Uk and Naksu back together!! They were always going to find their way back to each other
