She was his daughter who was also murdered by that serial killer near the end of the movie when police officers actually discover that landlord was a police officer too. And that scene when the young high school girl was shown tortured by killer, that is his daughter, there's also a picture of her at the end right before he sees her sitting across him in that room. At least it looks like that, my opinion. ;)

You were so right. When dad Tingsheng died and their last conversation and how he remembered MCS and prince Jing from Nirvana1 it touched me in the most deep and emotional way. Whole episode was so powerful, also when the son and dad finally embraced each other and Pingjing cried like a bbay in his dad's arms...This drama is love. ♥♥♥♥♥

I do think Pingjing sees what kind of bastard Yuanqi is but he just wasn't for the power and court politics. I do hope finally he'll become more badass and fights to help the emperor and makes his country strong again with his army.

He needs main role! He's amazing in Nirvana 2, my favourite character together with daddy Tingsheng. ♥♥♥

Love this guy so much! He's so great and despite that he's a supporting character lot of time, he always shines and brings life to the drama. ♥

I know, I'm on episode 32 and expect lots of emotional scenes. Well, for me it can't be worse than that scene in episode 27 where Tingsheng cried his heart out, that was the moment I couldn't withstand anymore, I started to cry like a baby, loud and messy. :P

Very good in Nirvana 2, I was really pleasantly surprised by his performance. Can’t wait to see more of him although he’ll stay forever Pingjing for me. ❤️

He is the best dad ever shown on television. So phenomenal in Nirvana 2, my favourite character. ❤️

And agree, Tinsheng, I mean the actor who plays him is outstanding, personally my favourite performance and character. He should win some awards for that acting certainly. <3

I REALLY would LOVE that we can rate and make lists for best and most powerful episodes. It happens rather often that although drama isn't my number 1, certain episode of that drama overpowers dramas I love more in general. Like with this episode 27.

Definitely in my top 3 most emotional, heartbreaking powerful episodes I have ever seen. Hands down to all the rawness and phenomenal acting. I don't think I'll be able to watch something else for weeks now, I'm gonna need some real time to fully accept everything that happened here.
One thing is sure, I am so HAPPY that I gave chance to Nirvana 2 and to be able to experience it like different drama than Nirvana 1 which is actually the truth, the whole concept and approach is different. Here FAMILY is what is the most important above all, then the rest. It focuses on more characters and happenings around them, terms of loyalty and morality, and all of them have fair amount of screen time. In Nirvana 1 focus was more on one character, generally character driven show with less emotions and more intelligence and revenge games. I do think Nirvana 1 is biggest love of course but Nirvana 2 is also an amazing piece of show. ♥♥♥

I think they will show since wuxia is the core of Chinese movies, dramas and novels. If they ban that it’d be the best to just forbid television, books and form one big prison of whole China. No point of banning wuxia and supernatural elements since that’s the only sure thing that kept and is keeping Chinese cinematography to be on top in that genre.
p.s. I’m so waiting for that drama too. ;)

I love China so much but they’re really crazy psychos. I mean the government. And actually they are the ones who should be banned. What, it’s not okay to have tattoos or time travel or drink or show process of making love and it’s totally fine to show the killing, lies, evilness and nasty twisted evil people in each drama? Thank god I live in the country when every tiny detail is shown in shows and movies and nothing is restricted. (well except LGBT marriage is but it’s lot better than before and you have lots of clubs for gay people which is awesome.)
Anyway I really hope some normal party will start soon to rule in China and stop with that stupid censorship, it’s not like people won’t do or be those things they banned. Everyone should have freedom and choice.
