EunSangs mom may not be mute. She is adopted and there is a rumor that she is likely HyoShins younger sister (He's 1 year older than the group). There is a possibility that HyoShin intends to die and EunSang may be brought back to the family. There could be another birth secret out there that involves Rachel, she could be half-siblings with ChanYoung. Her mom and ChanYoungs dad may end up getting married and ChanYoung could also become a Heir.
