I know I am like way behind (cause I am taking my sweet time watching it) but I am gonna miss everything about this drama including coming to this MDL page and seeing people's discussions.
You know it's not easy to create such great chemistry to the point I can just feel it from a picture but YZ and CY did that. Even before the drama the came out.
Something is definitely up with the rating. I know a lot of people ACTUALLY finished watching it and they've rated it so there should've been some movement but it's still stuck at 8.3 😕

Since everyone is comparing it to AOL (which I have a soft spot for), let me give my two cents. Yandan and Yingyuan have much more depth than Jinmi and XF. A lot of users below gave good insight of YD and YY. Well, not Jinmi but XF was one dimensional whereas YY has so much more to him as people below stated. Yes, he's in love with YY but he didn't throw away his responsibility and duty, which he grew up with. On the other hand, YD was blinded by love but she was still selfless till the end regarding her sister. Both of them held different kind of responsibility and they didn't just throw it away for love. YY - protecting the six/three realms & YD - protecting her sister
