I don't know why you feel this way but I am liking this..I think every character & their back stories contributes to the drama,the only thing I am upset about is Linghe's less screen time but I hope it will get better in later episodes

He's good even I kinda feel bad for him..but taking decisions in an instant without thinking of consequences gets them into trouble everytime..can't you see? And what support are you talking about,Yu qiao has supportive parents..he had healthy childhood so it's easy for him to make decisions quickly cause he knows even if he made mistakes his parents got his back but what about ML? He is still a teenager,he has no one by his side if he made decisions like Yu Qiao he would lose everything.. for me his behavior is understandable,he is quite mature for his age.

What are you talking about?? He acts really well. I recently watched his drama "The seven relics of ill omen" there were alot of fighting scenes,emotional scenes etc & he nailed it..he didn't lack anything,so please don't judge him like this...I think we shouldn't judge someone before actually knowing them

I already hate his mother..I mean what is wrong with mothers of cdramas these days? She is controlling him as if he is puppet not a human being,not letting him wear his favorite color, not letting him to make friends according to his own will..how can she even think that her parenting style is right for him? My question is that why did his parents had him if they couldn't get over their first born? I know nobody can ever forget their child even if they die but dumping everything on second kid is pathetic,it's like he is just a substitute!! I feel so so so bad for him,that fb when his mother was tearing those letters it was so heartbreaking😭 I just hope things will get better between JQX & LQL so that he can finally get some happy moments in his life

She was referring to herself & that girl who is always around him...she is just venting out her frustration on him & I think it's right to argue instead of giving silent treatment to each other because it's pretty obvious that their silent treatment is not working,they still care for each other alot... & come on we all knew that she won't throw that brick on him so there is no need to keep holding onto that scene🤦🏻‍♀️
