Episode 11 was sooo good right up until the last 5 minutes! Then I watched the preview for the next episode and I’m like “Oh no here comes all the crazy unnecessary drama”. Still excited to tune in and see what happens but I hope the rest of the episodes are as good as what’s already aired. 🤞

Just finished this drama and I liked it a lot but was really more of a 7/10 for me. Xu Qin’s family gave me the ick and none of them had any redeemable qualities or an interesting story arcs. It’s a personal preference but I would have liked to see some sort of redeeming moment— or if not that, then some sort of sense of justice. Other than that, I really liked the rescue scenes, the love story, and of course Yang Yang.
