One thing I found weird also is that last episode it seems like xi guang became a very busy business woman and barely has time for the kid? LYS is basically the one taking care of the kid and when he told her “she knows how to write all 3 of our names now” Xi guang responded with “really? Shes so smart” that shows shes not really hands on or even around.
Sigh, now that it ended I feel so empty. The ending was perfect but for some reason I just feel empty. I became too attached to this drama 😩 im just going to stick around this mydramalist forum for a while lol

Yes I know, but I wish they changed that in the drama. That’s the one thing I wanted them to change. Felt like he was depressed the whole entire series. I wanted some character development
I finished the drama, all 36 episodes. I absolutely LOVED it. I feel so empty now that it ended😩 it was the perfect love story, I love how they showed us their life after marriage and with the kid, their career etc.
I just have ONE complaint, I can’t believe 13 years later, they showed ZX still not really over it. He was obviously still regretful looking. I wish they showed him completely moved on, and happy with his life. He was still single, watching her from afar at the airport, reflecting back. That’s the part I was like oh mannnnnnn, that’s the look of a regretful man. Xi Guang will be his biggest “what if” in life.
Besides that, this drama was seriously so perfect. It will take me so long to move on, and I’ll definitely be rewatching this over and over. Big shout out to the actors, amazing job. I hope their career take off even more after this drama.
