I probably need to watch other dramas with her, but in Joy of Life, she has great expressions, and fits very well with the character. Lines are simple, but she does an amazing job imo.

I like her cold outer personality in Love and Destiny. It's a little chilling, but it makes the scenes when she's caring even more heartwarming :)

If the novel is in Chinese, but is available online, I would not mind trying the butchered Google translation just to get a general idea of how things end.

If it's on sale from a legitimate, non-copyright infringement source, I'd consider buying a copy to read as well. My google search skills aren't good enough :\

In my opinion, it's hard to say. I'm not a fan of Professor Jung which makes this love triangle not very enjoyable for me. That said, the plot is intriguing and the acting is pretty good so far.
I would need to see the ending before making a fair judgement xD

If they were to meet in the present, I would expect her to also be wearing her red string since they made it a point to capture his red string in the final scene...
