So many mixed reviews about drama! Well that is a first. I am so confused! But so many people are talking about it so there must be something!

Toooo slow paced for me. Tried giving in 2 chances but no luck ????

Was it good? i am asking as i loved Kluen cheewit and Sawan biang and have not found as good lakorn as these two.

Also looks like he did 3 movies in 2011. But still 4 years is long break. He is a good actor.

I like Uee’ acting but it’s also a really good drama to watch if you want to improve your korean. As this is family drama, you can listen many daily used words and sentenses. :)

Not sure why such low ratings!! I really enjoyed watching this drama. Considering it was relased in 2001, this drama is a masterpiece. Direction, acting, story everything is really good. I gave it 8.5 rating.

Both lead actors and supporting actors are amazing! i love to hearJapanese and Korean in one drama. Also all actors speak both languages fluently (at least i felt that. Their pronounciations sounded perfect. but i do not speak either languages.. so please let me know if i am correct. ) Acting and emotions are top notch. As Roxyna said below in comments these drama gave sad but very warm feeling. But yes, even though i loved drama, in the end it does get a bit frustrating.

Male lead actor is amazing but Park shin hye was great in this drama as well. I was never impressed by her acting as much as i am with this drama. And she was just 16 when she filmed this drama definitely shows her caliber. Overall i give this drama 8 for amazing acting and great story in the beginning!

Also i would like to add that at one point it was soo frustrating to watch that JH is suffering so much because of his feeling for DS but he does not confess to her...writers have clearly done a great job of giving vague clues.. as i was scared that she will end up with JH so much.... also yes you mentioned correctly, DS was at age that she just wanted to be liked by someone and it was good that neither of them proposed as that might not have lasted.... you have put everything in words so well. Good luck for your Screen writing career @Freewhirpool :)

Also i was finding it hard to believe that neither of them confessed in those 4-5 years when drama was fast forwarded... but yes, i guess you say it correctly DS was not ready to accept someone back then...its good that Taek waited. But i would have loved to see how they told their parents about it and got married. Also what happened to JH and DR. i guess i want to know all!!!! :) Amazing amazing drama! thats what i want to say! :D

Amazing drama! I always had a stupid grin on my face while watching this drama. This drama made me very nostalgic. This drama gave best laughing and emotional moments as well. Everyone actors, directors, screen writers have done a great job. Hats off!! Thank you so much for making such an amazing drama!
