I believe that Takuto's brother feels inferior to Takuto. Especially after walking in on Takuto and Megumi in bed. From the brother's perspective Takuto probably looks like a carefree, happy guy, who's living his life to it's fullest, while the brother have never been loved by anyone, and only studies to become a doctor because his parents want him to.
Overall this drama has a very good feel to it,and feels very realistic, like how Takuto is slowly realizing that he might have ALS. 10/10 so far. Great acting and directing.
Yes it's just a made-up disease. It is probably the terrorist virus. According to the document he was holding it is the result of a special examination. And that he should accept medical treatment. It was probably called a special examination because they were only looking for a specific virus, and not a broad examination like u get at a regular check-up.
I like this more than season 1, the characters are dynamic(especially hanyu). Idk why, but i just feel like season 2 is better written. I like the serious plot that's slowly building up! can't wait for next ep, 8 so far.
